Serawa Durian/Kuah Durian

Musim durian datang lagi.. teringin nak makan serawa durian kebetulan ada durian lebih yang dah siap dikopek didalam peti ais dan inilah hasilnya.. sedap dimakan dengan roti atau pun pulut.. Tak ada sukatan yang specific just main campak2 ajer. .tapi boleh refer kat resepi dibawah.

Bahan A


1 biji buah durian
1/2 potong gula melaka (atau gula merah)
1/2 cawan gula secukup rasa
1-2 cawan air (kalau terlalu pekat, tambahkan air)


Bahan B
1 kotak santan (Harmuni)
2 helai daun pandan disimpul
secubit garam

cara-cara

Campurkan bahan A kedalam periuk,
pastikan air menutupi durian; masak hingga semua bahan2 larut/sebati
Masukan Bahan B, kecilkan api sehingga mendidih. Jangan lupa kacau.. nanti pecah minyak..
